| 1. | All advertisements must be received 14 working days before advertising is due to start. |
| 2. | No refund will be given if the advertiser fails to provide the banner before the advertising start date. |
| 3. | ISP-Review.com undertake to display banner advertisements on ISP-Review.com in the reserved position. |
| 4. | ISP-Review.com give no guarantee of results from banner advertising. |
| 5. | ISP-Review.com will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused as a result of advertising on ISP-Review.com. |
| 6. | Purchasing of advertising space on ISP-Review.com will in no bias ISP-Review.com in favour of the advertiser. All ISPs will be treated in exactly the same way, regardless of whether they have purchased advertising space on ISP-Review.com. |
| 7. | ISP-Review.com reserves the right to refuse or remove any advertisement. |
| 8. | Banners must be in jpeg or gif format. The file size of 468 x 60 banners must not be greater than 20KB and the file size of 120 x 60 banners must not be greater than 12KB. We do not accept flash banners. |
